Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Our goal is to de-stress and de-risk your purchasing decision! 60 days gives you plenty time to get your LHZ installed and really spend several weeks of active playing time with it. If you find the LHZ is just not for you, no problem!

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We are happy to work with you to get an exchange in your hands as quickly as possible. In most cases we will give you a return shipment label, and send the replacement unit as soon as we see the original unit has been dropped off. However, if time is critical and we have an established relationship with the client, we can ship the replacement immediately and ask that the return be shipped back within 14 days.

European Union Right of Withdrawal
You can cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. You can cancel your order online via your order status page if the order has not yet been fulfilled. After the order has been fulfilled, customers should contact us directly to arrange the return and refund. All refunds will be issued within 10 days after receiving the returned goods. LHZ Preamps will be responsible for return shipment costs.

Refunds
Refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
