Order Processing
Most orders ship on the next business day after purchase.

7:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping
Domestic U.S. orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped worldwide using DHL Express for fast and reliable delivery.
Whenever available, international DHL Express shipments are sent using DDP (Duties Delivered Paid) service. This means import duties and taxes are prepaid to help avoid unexpected delivery charges and customs delays.
Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local carrier conditions.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping services may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order if you require rush handling or special delivery arrangements.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost, stolen, damaged in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, or otherwise fails to arrive for any reason, LHZ Preamps will replace the shipment at no cost to the customer.
We stand behind every order and will work directly with you to make it right.
Returns & Refunds
60-Day Return Policy
Products may be returned for any reason within 60 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.
We want customers to be able to properly evaluate our products in real-world use, including installation and testing in their instruments.
Refund Details
Eligible returns include:
- Full refund of the original purchase price
- Refund of original shipping charges
- No restocking fees
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method after returned items are received.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions and help ensure the process goes smoothly.
Whenever possible, please include all original components and packaging.
Warranty Policy
1-Year Replacement Warranty
All LHZ Preamps products include a 1-year replacement warranty beginning on the original purchase date.
If a product becomes damaged, develops a fault, or stops functioning for any reason during the warranty period, we will replace it with a new unit.
This includes:
- Electrical failures
- Accidental wiring mistakes
- Installation-related damage
- Customer installation errors
- Component failures
We believe musicians should feel comfortable experimenting, modifying, and building without fear of being left stranded by a simple mistake.
Warranty Terms
- Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser
- Proof of purchase is required
- Warranty is non-transferable
- Defective or damaged products are replaced with new units
- We do not perform repair services on damaged warranty units
